At Jost Watches, we respect your rights under the Saudi E-Commerce Law and Consumer Protection Regulations. The following terms are established to ensure transparency and fairness for all customers:
Right of Return ("Cooling-Off Period"):
You may return your item(s) within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery if you are not satisfied, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including tags, warranty cards, manuals).
- The return is not due to changing mind only. (Some exclusions apply.)
Cancellation due to Delay:
If the delivery of your product is delayed by more than 15 days past the agreed delivery date, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
The following products are excluded from the standard return/exchange rights:
- Products made to the customer's specifications or personalized/engraved items.
- Perishable goods or items that are unsealed/used.
- Digital downloads, software delivered electronically if immediately accessible.
- Products whose seal has been broken (if applicable) or packaging has been opened (for "change of mind" returns).
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess the issue and either:
- Replace the item at no extra cost, or
- Refund your full payment (including delivery fees, if any).
How to Request a Return or Exchange:
- Contact our customer support (via WhatsApp / Email) with your order number and issue.
- Provide photos (if relevant) to demonstrate defect or condition.
- If returns accepted, follow the instructions for the return pickup or drop-off.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase.
- Processing may take 7-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Additional Notes:
- All return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to defect or incorrect item.
- Restocking fees may apply for opened but unused items (if you requested "change of mind" returns), at our discretion.
- The policy aligns with Saudi law; any conflict with mandatory legal rights is resolved in favor of the consumer rights guaranteed by law.
